Why join Team MWL?
Trust Objectives 2024 - 2025
Our Trust Values and Behaviours
We have three values: We are Kind, We are Open and We are Inclusive.
There are five key behaviours that sit underneath each one. We should translate the values and behaviours into our day-to-day actions and bring them alive by demonstrating them in all that we do when interacting with all colleagues and patients.

The values and behaviours outline what we should expect from each other and how we build a Kind, Open and Inclusive workplace culture. These values and behaviours are applicable to everyone who works for MWL as everything we do and say matters in delivering 5 Star Patient Care.
These values and behaviours were created by MWL Staff for MWL Staff.
Embedding our values and behaviours
We will work together to embed the behaviours into our everyday processes to ensure we consistently focus on not only ‘what’ we are doing, but ‘how’ we are doing it.
The values and behaviours will be integrated into our approach to performance management, recruitment and selection, staff recognition schemes, development programmes and how we care for our colleagues and patients.
Placing our values and behaviours at the forefront of all that we do will help us build a culture where we are all able to thrive and deliver MWL 5 Star Patient Care.
