About the service
We support the Trust with all non-clinical learning. This includes our Apprenticeship scheme, Appraisal process, leadership and management development, Statutory and Mandatory training and all aspects of organisational culture.
- About the Team
Although we don’t often come into direct contact with patients, we work with all of our clinical and support teams and individuals to help them provide the best possible service. We have a team with expertise in leadership, personal development, facilitation, training, organisational culture and surveys and work across all of our sites.

We are based in Nightingale House on the Whiston Hospital site and the Education Centre at Ormskirk Hospital.
