About the service
We support the Trust with all non-clinical learning. This includes our Apprenticeship scheme, Appraisal process, leadership and management development, Statutory and Mandatory training and all aspects of organisational culture.
- About the Team
Although we don’t often come into direct contact with patients, we support all of our clinical teams to help them provide the best possible service. We have a team of eight with expertise in leadership, facilitation, training, organisational culture and surveys.
