Qualifying from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in 2003, Dr. Horner trained as a specialist registrar in the Mersey region before being appointed as consultant at St. Helens and Knowsley NHS trust in 2013. He’s worked in a variety of areas, with a particular interest in Frailty services continence assessments. Dr. Horner is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer with Edge Hill University and has helped create and deliver the Frailty Module for Advanced Clinical Practitioners. He also supports the British Geriatrics SiG for Bladder and Bowel Health.
