Overview/Background:

I am a Consultant in Pain Medicine & Anaesthesia at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) and Fellow of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FFPMRCA)

I am also involved in Multidisciplinary Integrated Cancer Pain Services at The Willowbrook Hospice.

I have keen interest in Medical and Healthcare Education and actively involved in postgraduate education, medical simulation. I am a course director for a national course “Joint Management of Joint Pain” which is approved for CPD points by Royal College of Anaesthetists

I have been in post at St Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust since Feb 2016.
